Capacity and performance
Where we describe typical capacity — for example, approximately 40 to 60 calls per agent per working day — that is a guide based on ordinary conditions, not a service level guarantee. Actual capacity depends on call duration, unanswered calls, inquiry complexity, waiting time and your business process.
No guarantee of commercial outcomes
Our agents manage customer communication, follow-up and administrative processes professionally. Starliks (Pvt) Ltd does not guarantee sales conversions, order confirmations or revenue generation, as these depend on customer decisions, pricing, product quality, market conditions and other factors outside our control.
Regulated services
Finance, tax, audit, company secretarial and similar work is delivered through appropriately qualified professionals and is subject to scope. Nothing on this website is legal, tax, financial or medical advice.

Please submit accurate information and do not use the forms for unsolicited marketing, automated submissions or anything unlawful. We may decline or discontinue an enquiry that breaches this.
