What we collect

Information you send us. When you complete a form on this site we receive your name, company name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, industry, location and whatever you write in the message field, together with the page the form was sent from.
Basic technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server information such as the pages requested and the approximate region of the request. This is used to keep the site running and to stop abuse.
Analytics, if enabled. If we have switched on Google Analytics or the Meta pixel, those services set cookies and collect usage information under their own privacy policies. If the tracking fields in our configuration are empty, no analytics or advertising scripts load at all.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
To contact you about the service you asked about, by the method you chose.
To keep a record of quotations issued.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or pass it to third parties for their own marketing.

Client and customer data we process on your behalf

Where we handle calls, messages, documents or data for a client, that information belongs to the client. It is used only for the work agreed in the scope, access is limited to the people assigned to that account, and it is covered by the confidentiality terms in the service agreement.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of quotations, and are deleted on request. Client work data is kept for the period agreed in the service agreement.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email info@starliks.com and we will act on it. You can also block cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.
